This project involved a detail and set-out of a lease area in densely vegetated bushland and difficult terrain. This survey tapped on our diverse set of skills. A combination of old and new techniques prevailed when we found existing survey marks including two blazed trees to define the boundary.

This older style Cedar Clad home built in the early 1990’s came with its design challenges such as Flame Zone, matching materials, and budget & time constraints. We worked swiftly to provide fast documentation for the Development Application, completed the building set-out, and remained on standby for further requirements prior to completion.
